Terms of Service
- These terms are between your business and Inkrypt Labs, which provides Astra Space AI.
- Prices include GST. Commit for 6 months and get 1 month free, or 12 months and get 2 months free.
- You own your data and your guests' data. We process it only to run the service, as our Privacy Policy describes.
- Niyati is an AI. She has guardrails and asks for approval on sensitive actions, but she can make mistakes, and she does not give medical advice.
1. This agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Inkrypt Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”), which provides the Astra Space AI service, and the business that signs up for it (“you”, “your”). By creating a workspace, paying for a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business, and confirm you are authorised to do so.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
2. The service
Astra Space AI gives hotels, clinics, diagnostic labs and similar businesses an AI assistant, Niyati, together with a workspace for sales, guest and patient records, bookings and payments. Depending on your plan, Niyati can answer enquiries on WhatsApp and other channels, check availability, hold and confirm bookings, send payment links, collect check-in details, ask for feedback and Google reviews, and keep rates and availability in sync with booking sites through a channel manager. The features in each plan are described on our pricing section or in your order.
Features marked “coming soon” or “beta” are not yet generally available, and are not part of a plan until we release them.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate business details, and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for the people you give access to your workspace, and for keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us at once if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
- You must be a business and at least 18 years old to sign up.
4. Plans, fees and billing
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST, unless stated otherwise.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing month.
- Commitment plans are billed in advance for the whole term: 6 months for the price of 5, or 12 months for the price of 10.
- Payments are made through Razorpay. We email a GST invoice and receipt for every payment.
- If a payment fails or is overdue, we will remind you. If it is still unpaid 7 days after the due date, we may pause Niyati until it is paid. Your data is not deleted while the service is paused.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A price change applies from your next billing period. For commitment plans, it applies after your current term ends.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time. The service continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and is not renewed.
- Commitment plans (6 or 12 months): you can cancel renewal at any time. The service continues until the end of the term you have paid for. Fees for the remaining months of a commitment term are not refundable.
- If we fail to provide the service because of a fault on our side and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the fees for the affected period.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
To cancel or ask about a refund, email connect@astraspace.in or message us on WhatsApp.
6. Your responsibilities
- Accurate information. Niyati quotes the rooms, rates, doctors, tests, policies and prices you set up. Keep them accurate. You are responsible for the offers made from them.
- Your guests and patients. You are responsible for telling your guests and patients that you use Astra Space AI, for having a lawful basis to process their data, and for meeting your obligations under the DPDP Act and other laws that apply to your business.
- Messaging rules. You must follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies, and send marketing messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, using approved templates.
- Approvals. Some actions, such as refunds and campaigns, wait for your approval. Review them before you approve.
- Identity documents. If you collect guest IDs for check-in, you are responsible for checking them and keeping them only as long as the law allows.
7. How Niyati works
Niyati is an AI assistant built on large language models. We have built guardrails around her. She works with masked data, she can only do what the person she is helping is allowed to do, her replies are checked before they are sent, and sensitive actions need human approval. We describe these protections on our website and in our Privacy Policy.
Even so, AI can misunderstand a message or make a mistake. You agree that:
- you are responsible for reviewing approvals, bookings and important messages, and for correcting anything that is wrong;
- Niyati hands a conversation to your team when she can't help, and your team needs to respond to those hand-offs;
- Niyati does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For clinics and labs she handles appointments, reminders, prices and reports. Any clinical question must be answered by a qualified professional.
8. Third-party services
The service connects to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp, Google, Razorpay, the Aiosell channel manager and the booking sites connected through it. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their rules, or their decisions. For example, we can't control whether WhatsApp approves a message template, or whether a booking site accepts a rate. If a provider changes or withdraws a feature, we may have to change or remove the matching feature in Astra Space AI.
9. Your data
- You own the data you and your guests put into Astra Space AI. You give us permission to use it only to provide, secure and support the service for you.
- We process your guests' and patients' personal data on your behalf and under your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
- You can ask for an export of your data at any time while your account is active, and for 30 days after it ends. After that, we delete it as our Privacy Policy describes.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use Astra Space AI to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people who have opted out;
- collect or use people's data without the notice or consent the law requires;
- impersonate anyone, or mislead guests or patients about who they are dealing with;
- try to get around Niyati's guardrails, probe or attack our systems, or access another business's data;
- resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement;
- copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service.
11. Intellectual property
We own Astra Space AI, Niyati, our software, designs and brand. These Terms give you the right to use the service for your business while your subscription is active. They don't transfer any ownership to you. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, which we will try to schedule at quiet times. We may improve or change features. If we remove a feature that is a main part of your plan, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel and receive a refund for any prepaid period you can no longer use.
13. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the service at any time, as described in section 5.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, don't pay, or use the service in a way that puts other people, our systems or our providers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- When your account ends, your right to use the service ends. Sections 9, 11, 14, 15 and 16 continue to apply.
14. Warranties and liability
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these Terms, the service is provided “as is”, and we don't promise any particular business result, such as a number of bookings or reviews.
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, bookings or goodwill;
- we are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, by inaccurate information you provide, or by actions you approve;
- our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of the content you provide, the way you use the service in breach of these Terms or the law, or your failure to meet your obligations to your guests and patients.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith. If it can't be resolved within 30 days, the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. General
- We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new Terms.
- Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages at third-party providers, natural disasters or government action.
- You may not transfer these Terms without our written agreement. We may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our business.
- If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- These Terms, together with your order and our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service.
